Miso Hoe-chojang is a chojang house in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, in the shopping arcade of the e-Pyunhansesang Ocean Terrace complex at the north end of Gwangalli Beach. You buy fish at the Millak fishermen's market across the street and pay a 6,000-won-per-person table charge to eat it here, or order through the shop and a partner stall cuts it for you. The shop's own menu, as posts recorded it, has assorted sashimi at 40,000, 50,000 and 60,000 won, seafood ramyeon at 5,000 and spicy fish stew at 10,000 (3,000 more for dough). Posts say the seats near the door and the outdoor tables look onto Gwangan Bridge. We read 30 posts from April 2025 to October 2026: 25 went there, 2 only described it, and we set aside 3 that were about other places.

- There are tables outside the front. Four posts mention them; one visitor in May 2026 found them all taken and sat inside. Another found them folded away that day, so they are not always out.
- Four posts ate here with a dog (April and October 2025, February and April 2026); one said the owner welcomed them warmly. Shop details copied into one post say to call before bringing a pet.
- It is small inside. Five posts said so: tables too narrow and packed close to the next one, few tables. One of them added that the spacing still did not feel cramped.
- Extra side dishes come from a self-serve bar, as four posts noted; three said water and drinks are self-serve too. One asked for more greens and got them gladly.

What we do not know
- Waiting varies. One post from April 2026 saw a queue in the evening; one in June walked straight in. Two found it empty on arrival and full by the time they left. A post from the February 2026 Lunar New Year holiday waited almost an hour, but it is unclear whether at the market or here, so we did not count it. One post mentions a separate waiting bench outside.
- No visiting post describes getting here by subway or bus. One post that never visited calls it convenient by public transport; we did not count that.
- Prices: the 6,000-won table charge is the same in fourteen posts from January to September 2026. Fish is paid separately to the market stall (one post paid the delivery person by card); figures like 60,000-70,000 won for 2 kg or 35,000 for 1 kg are stall prices. Two posts found the table charge steep, four found prices fair or cheap. A copied customer review claiming 10,000 won per person is not something we counted.
- Opening hours: eleven visiting posts give 12:00 to 01:00, four with last order at midnight, nearly all copied from the shop listing. Only one says it never closes.
- Ten posts give the phone number 0507-1302-8504. Nobody says whether it takes reservations; one post suggests grabbing a table before buying fish.
- Two September 2026 posts on different blogs describe the same gizzard-shad order, round tables, bridge mural and separate card payment in the same order and words. They may be one visit written up twice as promotion; they are two of the four posts mentioning outdoor tables.
