An indoor pojangmacha-style bar in an alley in Millak-dong, Gwangalli, with blue tables and folding chairs, serving beef tartare, brisket and raw shrimp with soju and draft beer from evening into the small hours. Of 24 visit posts, 9 ordered the Kang Min-kyung set (grilled brisket and tartare wrapped in laver) and 10 the raw brisket, raw shrimp and fried shrimp-head platter. Posts price the set at 37,000 won and the platter at 38,000 won; one pair paid 60,000 won for a large shrimp plate, noodles and beer. What sets it apart
- Dried anchovies and peanuts arrive as soon as you sit down — 14 of the 24 visit posts mention them, some with gochujang or mayonnaise for dipping. One post noted the anchovies were crisp rather than stale.
- Three posts walked straight in: a weekday at 7:30 pm ("plenty of seats"), a Sunday in September, and a summer evening when this was the place with a free table. Another post, on a weekday after 7 pm, said they took the last table and the room was still full 80 minutes later. The often-repeated "an hour's wait on weekends" is written as hearsay, so we did not count it.
- Portions split four to two. The four that found them small were talking about the raw shrimp and brisket (one counted six shrimp) and a 6,000-won noodle bowl; the two that found them generous meant the tripe hotpot and the tuna rice ball.
- Opinions on space split three to two: three found it bigger than it looks from outside, two found the roughly 12 tables packed close. Two posts said the stools are not comfortable for long; one found the seats comfortable.

No post described the floor or any stairs from experience; the "1st floor" in the address is copied text, not something anyone reported.
Nobody mentioned a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. We don't know.
Four posts say the toilet is inside the bar, and two of them say it is split by gender — it is past the fridge.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours appear in 19 visit posts, all copied. Fourteen agree: weekdays 18:00-04:00, weekends 17:00-04:00, last order 02:50. One September post alone gives 11:30-22:00 with Tuesdays closed, and one says 18:00-04:00 daily. The only first-hand detail is a group that arrived at the 5 pm opening on a Sunday.
- The Kang Min-kyung set price varies: two posts say 37,000 won, one says 43,000 won for set 2 with noodles — and one of the 37,000-won posts also lists noodles in set 2, so we can't tell whether the set or the price differs. On value, one post found prices reasonable and one felt the shrimp portion was thin for the price.
- The phone number 051-755-1023 is consistent across posts. Many say you can join the queue or book through CatchTable, but no post says they actually booked.
- Many posts from August to October follow the same template (location blurb, info block, then the brisket-and-shrimp platter). Two disclose sponsorship or free service, four mention the review-for-free-food event (soup, noodles, jelly), and two say they paid themselves.
- One post praised how clean the tables and utensils were; another, which found the food just so-so, saw a large cockroach on the floor that staff removed.
