Inoui is a bake shop and café in a Centum Merville apartment arcade in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, facing the Suyeong River path. An egg tart is 3,800 won, the Valrhona chocolate baguette 5,000 won, the jambon-beurre and pesto sandwiches 9,800 won, and an americano 4,800 won, or 2,200 won with a sandwich. Most people order a few pastries and a coffee to eat at one of the five or six tables or out on the terrace, and plenty take boxes home. The shop started in Bangbae-dong, Seoul, then moved to Mangmi-dong in Busan and later to its current site. We read 30 posts, dated 25 January to 13 September 2026. All were written after the latest move, and 28 record an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seating is limited but the tables are well spaced. Eleven posts describe the seating, and the ones that counted tables found two or three four-seaters and three or four two-seaters (one estimated about 18 seats). Four posts say the room is not large; the one post that calls it roomy is comparing it with the old shop. Five posts mention terrace seating, and one saw customers out there with dogs. People keep mentioning the view of the river path from the window seats.
- Order a sandwich and the americano drops from 4,800 to 2,200 won, a deal noted in six posts. Three posts say you can pay with Dongbaekjeon, Busan's local currency. One mentions paying by QR code and another got the 10% cashback.

Parking

Driving works. Of the 22 posts that discuss parking, seven come from people who parked in the arcade's basement car park themselves. Register your car in the shop and the first three hours are free; several posts warn that an unregistered car may not get out. Two say a pickup of under 30 minutes needs no registration. One driver got lost finding the way up and explains that the right exit is the door between pillars 21 and 22, on the Building 101 side.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 26 posts read) |

| Step-free access | 1 of 26 posts |
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 3 (of 26 posts read) |
The registered address says basement level 1, unit 109, but every address the posts copy says ground floor, unit 109. Two visitors say it is on the ground floor of the arcade. That matches the posts describing big windows onto the river path and a terrace outside the door.
No one mentions whether there is a step at the entrance. A stroller does fit: one family brought theirs in and used it as a seat for the baby because the shop has no high chairs. One post lists the shop as wheelchair accessible, but that line is copied from the shop's own info, so we did not count it.
There is no toilet inside the shop. Three posts say customers use the arcade's shared toilets, on the way to the car park and next to the hair salon on the right. One adds that the shared toilet was kept clean. Separate men's and women's toilets come up only in one copied info list, so we did not count it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The shop has moved. Six posts say so: four mention the old site in Mangmi-dong near Mangmi station, and two mention the original shop in Bangbae-dong, Seoul. No post says when the move happened. Every post we read is about the current site, so nothing here describes the old shop's seating, parking or hours.
- No post says the writer arrived by bus or subway. One says the subway is far and the Suyeongman I'Park bus stop is close. The figure of 939 m from Millak station exit 1 is copied from listings. Many posts describe dropping in while walking or running along the river path, and one warns that first-timers may struggle to find the place.
- No post mentions queuing. That is not proof there is never a line, only that no one wrote about one. One person arrived before opening and waited ten minutes. Selling out comes up more often than waiting: one writer watched the customer ahead buy the last chocolate baguettes around lunchtime, four found only one cake left in the afternoon or at the weekend, and one says the shop closes early once the pastries are gone.
- 21 posts give opening hours. Twenty say 11:00 to 20:00, one says until 22:00, and the shop closes on Mondays and Tuesdays. Most of these hours are copied from the shop's listing. One regular says the owner runs the shop alone, so closing days can change without much warning, and they check Instagram before going.
- Several posts give the phone number, 0507-1346-6175. Three people actually reserved something: one pre-ordered a whole cake, one booked four egg tarts through Naver, and one asked on Instagram and was told that particular item could not be reserved.
- Opinions on price are split: one post says it is the kind of price that had better taste good, while two call it reasonable or better value than a chain. One person bought one of every pastry except the cakes and paid in the mid-50,000s.
- Two posts from the same blog (March and April 2026) are compilations of Naver visitor reviews and keyword counts rather than visits, so we left both out. Another post was written by a longtime friend of the owner who dropped by at closing time; we counted it, but keep that relationship in mind.
