The Minrak branch of Homaek, a Busan chain built on hotteok and beer, in the shopping arcade of e-Pyeonhansesang Ocean Terrace complex 4 between Millak Waterside Park and Millac the Market. It opens at 6 pm and serves pizza-sized pastry hotteok (13,500-16,500 won) with nachos and dips, with draft beer at 4,500-9,500 won. Most writers stopped in for a second round after dinner nearby. We do not know whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pushchair gets in — nobody wrote about it. Two posts wheeled a pet stroller inside; three describe it as on the ground floor of the arcade.
Only one post covers the toilet: it is the arcade's shared toilet outside the bar, with no code or key. Nobody says whether it is separated by gender or how big it is.

What we do not know
- Opening hours have changed. Five posts from April-June 2026 list 6 pm to 1 am (last order midnight); six from August-September 2026 list 6 pm to midnight (last order 11 pm). One September 2025 post says 2 am. All are copied listings; no post names a closing day.
- Nobody describes arriving by bus or subway. One post gives 5- and 9-minute walks from bus stops, copied from a map, so we do not count it. Most writers walked over from the waterfront.
- Prices vary by date: a large Hanmac draft was 4,500 won in September 2025 and 5,500 won in one September 2026 post; dried pollack was 12,900 won in April 2026 and 14,900 won (with peanuts) in September 2026, possibly a different dish. One post calls it good value; another thought the hotteok pricey until they saw the size. No post gives a total bill.
- Seven posts give the same phone number, 051-931-0515. Reservations appear only in one copied info block; nobody says they booked.
- Two pairs of posts follow near-identical templates (two September 2026 reviews; two dog-friendly reviews from April and September 2026). None discloses sponsorship. Food reviews are mostly positive, but one writer ate only the edges of an apple-cinnamon hotteok because the centre was undercooked.
