합동회초장 Hapdong means 'joint' or 'combined', and a hoe-chojang is a set-up house: customers buy raw fish at the market hall across the street and pay a per-head fee for the table, greens and chili-vinegar sauce.

A set-up house (chojang-jip) on the ground floor of the arcade across from the Millak fishermen's market in Suyeong-gu, Busan. You buy fish at the market, bring it over, pay 6,000 won a head for the table and add spicy fish stew (10,000 won small) or seafood ramyeon (5,000 won); you can also order a platter here (30,000-50,000 won). The view of Gwangan Bridge from the front tables is what people mention most. We read 30 posts from December 2024 to September 2026; two were about other businesses, and 27 describe a visit.

What sets it apart
- Most people bring their own fish: nineteen posts bought it at the market and carried or had it delivered here - tell the stall you are at Hapdong and they bring it to your table. One post's tip is to grab a table first and then shop, since the stall needs to know where to deliver.
- Seven posts say the portions were large - a 50,000-won platter two people could not finish, a 40,000-won order with leftovers turned into shabu-shabu, and even a small stew arriving in a big pot.
- Three posts mention refills - side dishes replaced as soon as they ran out, white kimchi brought again and again, and extra broth for the stew. Five posts called the staff friendly.
- Outdoor seating comes and goes. Two posts sat at the front terrace or drank outside; one found only indoor seating in the cold. A March 2025 post was told by the owner that neighbours' complaints stop them setting out tables - hearsay, so not counted. One post brought a dog.

Nobody says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pushchair gets in. We don't know.
Only one post mentions the toilet: outside the shop, separate for men and women. One post notes the shop is on the ground floor.

What we do not know
- Waiting is mixed: one post warns of a long queue late in the evening, one found it empty when neighbours were full, one waited only for a table to be cleared at 8 pm, one was turned away once and walked in another time. Nobody gives minutes.
- Five posts call it cheap; one found the 6,000-won table thin. Twelve posts give the table fee as 6,000 won, one January 2026 post says 4,000. Fish bought at the market is paid separately, so there is no single meal price.
- No post explains how to get there by subway or bus; people came by taxi or walked about ten minutes from the Millak Hoe Town market.
- No post gives opening hours; two say they are not listed, one left after 11 pm, one found it open in the afternoon. Three posts give the phone number 010-5100-2743, but nobody says whether you can book.
- Several posts are really write-ups of market stalls - Yuseongho in particular names this as its partner table house, and two posts follow the same route from the Ulttari stall. That the owner is the Yuseongho owner's mother is hearsay and not counted.
