Gwangalli Haerin Hoetjip is a raw-fish restaurant on the fifth floor of the Sejong Napori Building, across from Millak Waterfront Park. Diners sit by floor-to-ceiling windows facing Gwangan Bridge and work through a course built around the 55,000-won-per-person Haerin Hansang: sashimi, raw seafood, fried bites and sushi, finished with spicy fish stew or self-serve seafood ramyeon. We read 30 posts dated May 20 to October 7, 2026, and 23 describe a visit. What sets it apart
- All 23 visit posts mention the bridge view through the big windows. One post from August 4 said the sea view is partial, more of a distant half view, and one from September 5 could not get a window seat because all of them were taken. An August 31 post walked in without a booking early on a Sunday evening and got the last free window table.
- Six posts say the sashimi is cut thick, with comments like "sliced thick, just my style" and "thick slices, great texture." Three of those six are outside the templated batch.
- Four posts say the portions are large: an August 19 couple filled up on side dishes and never used their sashimi refill, and a May 20 post left food behind. The one post that had the 50,000-won weekday lunch seafood tray differed, calling it a little light as a meal.

Five posts describe parking from experience, all at the public lot across the road at Millak Waterfront Park. Nearly every post repeats the listing's offer of 3,000 won cash back (100 minutes of parking, one car per table), but only one says it actually showed a ticket and got the money.

Nine posts say they took the elevator up to the fifth floor; a May 20 post adds that the restaurant takes up the whole floor and opens right off the elevator. It is not a basement restaurant.
Nobody mentions a step at the entrance or arriving with a wheelchair or stroller. We only know there is an elevator to the fifth floor. That is a gap in the posts, not evidence either way.
No post says from experience whether the restroom is inside the restaurant or separated by gender; the gender-separated restroom appears only in copied listing text. An August 4 post passes on a companion's remark that the restroom is in very poor shape.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts split on price: one calls it somewhat pricey, four call it good value. The 55,000-won Haerin Hansang price is the same from May to October; no post gives a full bill including drinks.
- No post checked the opening hours in person; all copy the listing. Posts up to August 4, 2026 give 11:00 to midnight daily, and posts from August 19 give 11:30 to midnight, so opening seems to have moved 30 minutes later in between. Last order is 22:20 throughout. No post mentions a closing day.
- No post reports waiting. One says weekday lunch was relaxed; another walked in early on a Sunday evening but watched it fill up while eating. Nobody describes a weekend dinner wait.
- Many posts copy the phone number 0507-1404-0043. Two posts say they booked ahead, one through Naver booking. That window seats can be reserved appears only as hearsay.
- No post describes arriving by bus or subway; the Millak Waterfront Park stop is copied from the listing. Posts put it 15 to 20 minutes on foot from central Gwangalli and 10 to 15 minutes from the beach, and one writer took a taxi both ways because of the heat.
- No post says it went with friends. Three went with family, one as a couple and one by car. Many posts list private rooms and group seating, but all of that is copied from the listing.
- Twenty-two posts from September 24 to October 7 share the same course description, the same parking blurb and the same pasted Naver review-count widget. Seven only summarize listing information and are not counted as visits, and the other 15 do not say whether they were sponsored. We did not rely on this batch for parking, transit or room details.
