Kkachi Hoetjip is a raw-fish restaurant on the fifth floor of the Punggyeong Tower at the entrance to Millak Waterside Park in Busan, where you eat a sashimi course looking out at Gwangan Bridge. Of the 11 visit posts, nine ordered the C course at 40,000 won a head and one the B course at 50,000 won. Visitors describe the C course opening with cold soba (summer) or abalone porridge (May), then live octopus, sea squirt, sea cucumber, soy-marinated shrimp, corn cheese, cheese-baked scallops and mul-hoe, then a mixed sashimi platter with sushi rice, tempura, steamed egg, grilled fish and a spicy fish stew. Rice is 2,000 won extra. We read 30 posts dated 20 May to 8 October 2026 and counted 11 as visit records; 17 were promotional copy stamped from one template and were not counted.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- People come for the view. Ten of the 11 visit posts say Gwangan Bridge fills the windows. One got a window table by booking ahead; another notes the bridge is visible only from the main hall, not from the private rooms. Several went in the evening and watched the bridge light up.
- Seven posts mention private rooms besides the hall. One counts four rooms; another says sliding doors open three rooms into one; a third mentions partitions for large groups.
- Five posts say the sashimi is cut thick. The fish change day to day: posts list rock bream, red sea bream, sea bass and flounder; or rock bream, sea bass, flounder and rockfish; or halibut, rockfish, red sea bream and mullet. Two mention the red sea bream served with its skin lightly torched.
- Six posts went with children. Two say staff brought child-size cutlery and seaweed sheets unasked; others mention the kids filling up on corn cheese, steamed egg and making their own sushi.
2 more
- Four posts that talk about price say 40,000 won is fair for what arrives; one says the fish 'is not on the cheap side' but acceptable, and that same post (B course) found the food unremarkable.
- Five posts found the staff and owner friendly. One had heard otherwise beforehand but was treated well, adding that the large floor means many staff.

Parking
7 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Seven posts say driving is easy: there is parking on the building's ground floor, and the restaurant validates two hours at the Waterside Park public lot right in front. One post's info box notes the public lot is paid if the building lot is full.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 11 posts read) |
|---|
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in, and no visit post says how you reach the fifth floor (only the promotional copy mentions a lift). That is not a no; nobody wrote about it.
No post says where the toilets are. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in one post's copied info box.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 19 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Seventeen posts from 21 August to 8 October 2026 repeat the same sentences in the same order and read as commissioned copy; we did not count them. Visitors that August describe soba as the opener and soy-marinated shrimp, while these posts describe abalone porridge and soy-marinated crab. Three of the blogs carry 'makorang' in their address, the same name as the restaurant's own website linked from two visit posts.
- No post describes arriving by bus or subway. Directions such as 'bus 210 from Millak or Suyeong station, get off at Millak Waterside Park' are copied from the restaurant's listing. One post says it is a 10-minute taxi ride from Gwangan or Centum City station.
- No post mentions queuing or waiting; three booked ahead. We do not know what it is like on busy nights such as the fireworks festival.
- Six posts give opening hours of 10:30 to 22:30, all copied into an info box; one says no closing day. Nobody mentions a break or last order time.
- The snow-crab and lobster course prices are swapped between posts: one lists crab at 90,000 and lobster at 130,000 won, two list the reverse. Nobody ordered either, so we cannot tell which is right.
- Four posts give the phone number 051-759-5663 and two give 0507-1400-5663. Info boxes say bookings are taken through Naver or by phone.
- The opening dish changes with the season: one visitor was told abalone porridge in winter and cold soba in summer. The May post had porridge; June to August posts had soba.
