A raw-fish house on the second floor of a building at the far end of Gwangalli Beach, across from Millak Waterside Park. People order the flatfish-and-rockfish platter (50,000 won) or bone-in flounder sekkoshi (40,000 won) and finish with a spicy stew in an earthenware pot (8,000 won); side dishes are deliberately few, mostly lettuce wraps, white kimchi and a sesame-oil bean paste. We read 25 posts from September 2025 to September 2026: 2 were about other restaurants, 6 were lists or write-ups without a visit, and 17 describe an actual meal.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The windows are why people come. Seven of the visit posts describe watching the sea and Gwangan Bridge from a window seat, and one calls them floor-to-ceiling. Several mention watching the Saturday drone show from the table; one September 2026 post found the glare at night hid the bridge and suggested coming by day.
- Seating mixes floor tables and regular tables: four posts say both are there, and one sat at a floor table by the window. Five posts call the room large, and one mentions plenty of group seating further in.
- Company is evenly spread: four posts went as a couple (including a wedding anniversary and another anniversary), four with friends, three with family. Two arrived by car.

One post describes parking from experience: right next to the restaurant, with parking time validated at the till. Two other posts only copied 'parking available' lines, which we don't count.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 4 of 17 posts |
|---|
Four posts say the restaurant is upstairs on the second floor, and one describes climbing stairs to reach it. Nobody mentions whether there is a lift.
No post says whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there is a step at the entrance. That means we don't know, not that access is impossible.
No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separated by gender.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Most say the portions are on the small side: five posts call them small or modest (one said it was just right for a second round of drinks), while two found them generous. Slice thickness is split too: three posts say thick, one found the platter slightly thin.
- Two posts found the staff curt: one was told not to ask for ice when it was busy, another objected to the tone. No post specifically called the staff friendly.
- Opinions on price split: one post thought it expensive and suspected the view was priced in, two found it reasonable or cheap, and one felt the amount might disappoint for the money. Three posts say the stew costs an extra 8,000 won; one says it was free.
- Only one post mentions waiting: in August 2026 every nearby place had a line but they walked in and got a window seat. One post says friends had booked ahead. No one wrote about waits on weekend evenings or during the drone show.
- No one describes arriving by subway or bus. One post copied a line saying the Gwangalli Beach bus stop is 485 m away; visitors otherwise came by taxi, by car, or on foot along the beach.
- Six posts give the same hours, noon to 10 p.m., but all of them copied it from a listing alongside the address and phone. One says it is open every day of the year. One post was let in an hour before closing; nobody gives a last-order time.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 051-753-3704. Only one post mentions a reservation (friends booked ahead); nobody confirmed whether window seats can be reserved.
- One August 2026 post follows a promotional template (emoji info block, star-rated 'would revisit', target-audience list) and alone says the stew is free. Six posts are roundups or write-ups without a visit, and we did not count them as visits.
