Bishoku serves hanwoo beef as Japanese-style yakiniku, down an alley near Millak Waterside Park in Gwangalli, Busan (9-5 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro 344beon-gil). Every seat has its own small charcoal grill. Sets for two cost 79,000 won (Yasashi), 99,000 (Oishi) and 139,000 (Tanoshi); the per-person Bishoku course is 80,000. Posts that gave a bill for two paid 88,000, 92,000, 113,000, 127,000 and 132,000 won. Many added the beef doenjang stew (10,000) or egg-yolk rice (1,500) at the end. Artificial snow falls at set times in the courtyard at the middle of the U-shaped building. We read 30 posts dated 13 July to 7 October 2026, and all 30 describe an actual meal there. The registered address is the building's second floor, but every post checked in at the first-floor 'Bishoku Gwangan' listing. We read them as one restaurant that uses both floors.

What sets it apart
- Staff grill the first few pieces for you. Of 30 posts, 26 say a server or the owner cooked the first piece or first round and explained the cut and how to eat it. Several were told to dip the sirloin in tare with broken egg yolk, then try the next piece with salt, wasabi or dressed scallion. After that you grill your own. One writer liked that the server said 'enjoy at your own pace' and left them to talk.
- Posts describe it mostly as a place for two. Eleven went with a partner or spouse, several for an anniversary, a 1,000th day, a birthday or Christmas Eve. Some went with their mother, and the two solo diners sat at the counter. Many pairs say they were seated at the counter.

There is no parking of its own; five posts say so. Those who drove used the Millak Waterside Park or Suyeong Children's Park public lots, one to five minutes away on foot. One post found the nearer lot full on a Sunday evening and had to park further away.

The ground floor wraps around a courtyard: counter seats and four-tops on the left, bamboo-screened tables and private rooms on the right. Eight posts say there is a second floor. Only one, a booked visit on Christmas Eve 2025, actually sat upstairs, at a window counter. Another arrived early and found the second floor not yet open.
No post mentions going downstairs. Four posts say they sat on the ground floor.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. One post mentions wooden stairs to the second floor, but nobody says whether there is a lift. That is a gap in what was written, not evidence of absence.
One post says from experience that the toilet is inside the restaurant. That post and one other say it is split by sex; the other called it a single stall for each. Another found it clean and roomy. Several mention hair ties, cotton buds and floss laid out.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Getting there by public transport is unclear. One writer walked 34 minutes from Suyeong Station; another said Gwangan Station is too far to walk and suggested a bus or car. One post names nearby stops for buses 210 and 38, but no one wrote about actually taking the bus.
- Waiting barely comes up. One post walked straight in on a weekday evening (29 July), and another walked in without a booking around 6 pm on a Sunday. Two mention waiting chairs outside, and several booked through CatchTable or Naver. Nobody says how long the wait is on a weekend evening.
- Opening hours come from info blocks the writers copied. Most agree: closed Tuesdays, 16:00 to midnight on weekdays, noon to midnight at weekends, last order 23:30. A few differ. Two give only 16:00 to midnight with no weekend noon opening, one puts last order at 23:00, and one alone lists a weekend break from 16:00 to 17:00.
- One price has gone up. A visit on 24 December 2025 gives the Bishoku course at 70,000 won per person; posts from July 2026 give 80,000. A writer returning after two years also says the 70,000 set now seems to be 80,000. The full price of the hanwoo nabe is given as 35,000 won (a copied menu) and as 30,000 (what staff told one writer). Three posts call it good value, and one says it is on the pricey side.
- Most posts give the phone number as 0507-1387-8895; one gives 0507-1368-2427. Writers who booked used CatchTable or Naver.
- The same phrases recur across posts: inspired by Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu in Tokyo, like the bathhouse in Spirited Away, snow every day of the year, visited by actors Park Bo-gum and Lee Sang-yi. These repeat the restaurant's own promotion, so we did not count them. One post discloses sponsorship, three say they got a discount through a reviewer programme or from the restaurant, two say they paid in full, and the other 24 say nothing.
