A hanwoo yakiniku house in a side street near Millak Waterfront Park in Suyeong-gu, Busan. A U-shaped building dressed as a Japanese house wraps a courtyard, and each seat has its own small brazier. You order cuts by the 100 g or as sets. The most-ordered was the Yasashi set (79,000 won: 200 g top-grade sirloin plus 300 g thin pork belly), eaten in twelve posts; the Oishi set (99,000 won) in seven. Foam 'snow' falls in the courtyard at set times (weekdays 18:30 and 20:30; weekends 13:00 and on the hour from 18:00 to 21:00). We read 30 posts published between 3 August and 7 October 2026, all of them actual visits; one describes a Christmas Eve 2025 visit written up later.

What sets it apart
- Staff grill the first piece. Twenty-five posts say a server or the owner cooked the first one or two pieces and explained how to eat them: sirloin dunked in tare with raw yolk, pork belly topped with scallion and wasabi. After that the server steps away ('enjoy at your own pace') and you grill for yourself. To call staff you squeeze a toy pig at your seat; one post said it squeaks too quietly to work as a bell.
- Twelve posts went with a partner or spouse, five of them for an occasion: a first wedding anniversary, a third anniversary, a 1,000th day, a birthday, Christmas Eve. Four went with a mother or family, two alone, and one with a child and a friend. Both solo diners sat at the counter.
- Thirteen posts had the hanwoo doenjang stew (10,000 won). Oxtail and crab come up again and again; one post found three pieces of crab and left half the pot. Seven posts in all said the portions were large.

The ground floor is split into two wings across the courtyard: counter seats facing the open kitchen plus four-tops on one side, and tables screened by bamboo blinds on the other. Four posts say there are seats upstairs; one sat at an upstairs window counter after booking. Two thought there was an upper floor but found it closed or didn't go up, and one was told it opens only at weekends.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether anyone came in with a wheelchair or stroller. You cross the courtyard to reach either wing, and we don't know whether the upper floor is reached by stairs or a lift. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none.
One post says the toilet is inside the premises and two say it is split by sex (one noting a single stall each). One found it clean and roomy, and several mention hair ties, cotton swabs and floss set out. Nobody said whether there is an accessible toilet.

What we do not know
- One price went up. The per-person Bishoku course was 70,000 won in a Christmas Eve 2025 visit and 80,000 won in posts from August 2026 (the upper 'jin' course is 100,000). A diner who first went around January 2025 also wrote that it seems to have risen to 80,000. Bills for two that posts reported: 88,000, 91,000, 92,000, 113,000, 127,000 and 140,000 won. One post called it on the pricey side; two said it was good value.
- Waiting barely comes up. Eight posts booked ahead through CatchTable or Naver. One found no wait on a weekday evening, and another walked in without a booking around 6 p.m. on a Sunday. On Christmas Eve one couple was ahead of a diner, and two posts mention waiting chairs by the entrance. Nobody reported how long a weekend-evening wait runs.
- Only one post describes getting there without a car: buses 210 and 38 stop nearby, and the walk from Suyeong Station took about 34 minutes. Everyone else drove or strolled over from Gwangalli Beach or Millak Waterfront Park.
- Opening hours appear in 26 posts, all copied from listings. Most say closed Tuesdays, weekdays 16:00–24:00, weekends 12:00–24:00, last order 23:30. Two give a 16:00 opening at weekends too, one a 23:00 last order, and one a weekend break from 16:00 to 17:00.
- Fifteen posts give the phone number as 0507-1387-8895; one gives 0507-1368-2427. Most who booked used CatchTable or Naver reservations.
- Of the 30 posts, two disclose sponsorship, three got a reviewer-program meal or a discount from the restaurant, two say they paid their own way, and twenty-three say nothing. Phrases like 'inspired by Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu in Tokyo', 'Spirited Away' and 'snow 365 days a year' recur word for word across posts, so we treat them as the restaurant's own copy and don't rely on them. The claim that actors Park Bo-gum and Lee Sang-yi visited is hearsay and wasn't counted.
