A Japanese restaurant on the third floor of the main building of the Paradise Hotel Busan in Haeundae. One post said the floor is split between a sushi-and-hot-pot side and a teppanyaki side; both visits we have were to the sushi side. A December 2025 post gives 85,000 won for the fresh-cod stew set and 120,000 won for the chef's sushi set; an October 2026 post gives 170,000 won per person for the weekend lunch omakase. We read 30 posts dated 27 December 2025 to 21 October 2026, but 28 were about other venues in the same hotel, so only 2 are about this restaurant.

What sets it apart
- Both posts wrote about the service. The October 2026 post noted that the staff saw the writer was left-handed and set dishes on the left. The December 2025 post called the staff very kind, but also said that during the year-end rush a hot oolong tea came when cold was asked for, and that water is brought only on request.
- Both posts booked ahead. The October 2026 post said bookings go through CatchTable, and that at its 1 p.m. weekend lunch slot it was the only party. The December 2025 post said the room was busy over the year-end holidays.
- There is both a chef's counter and regular seating. The December 2025 post ate as a family group and suggested the counter for parties of two; the October 2026 post had its omakase as a couple in front of the chef.
- The December 2025 post said the course is larger than expected and suggested ordering sets instead, and described the twelve-piece sushi platter as huge. This is one post's view.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside

Only the October 2026 post mentioned the floor, saying it parked and went up to the third floor; it did not say whether it took a lift.
No one wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
No one said whether the restroom is inside the restaurant or separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Prices come from just these two posts; the December 2025 one called them steep. The posts are ten months apart, so we don't know whether the same dishes have changed in price. Neither post gave a total bill.
- Neither post gave opening hours or closing days, and neither listed a phone number. The only booking detail is one post saying it used CatchTable.
- No post described getting there by subway or bus; one post drove and parked.
- Neither post mentioned waiting. Both had reservations, so we don't know whether walk-ins have to wait.
- One post came as a couple and one with family. None came with friends or alone.
- The other half of the registered name, the teppanyaki side, was only mentioned and never eaten at, so we know nothing of its menu, prices or seating. With only two visits, every count here is out of two.
