이또이스시 Ittoi Seusi Itoi is not Japanese: it shortens the Korean phrase 'i ttohan irueojirira', 'this too shall come true', which is written on one of the shop's walls.

Itoi Sushi is a small sushi bar on a side street of the Jeonpo cafe district in Busan (Jeonpo-daero 176beon-gil 43). The signature Itoi Set is twelve pieces (salmon, white fish, three kinds of shrimp, egg, beef, eel) with a half bowl of cold soba or udon for 15,900 won; there are also ten-piece sets of just salmon, beef, white fish or shrimp, and half-and-half sets of two kinds. Salad and miso soup arrive first, the nigiri come without wasabi so you add your own from the counter, and pineapple is brought free at the end. Several posts mention delivery riders coming and going throughout the meal. We read 30 posts dated 8 July to 26 October 2026; 24 describe eating in. One was about a different restaurant and was set aside, and five (lists, delivery, a repeat of the same visit) were not counted as first-hand.

What sets it apart
- There are no tables, only counter seats. Eight posts say every seat is at the bar. Those who counted wrote 'ten seats, all facing the wall' or 'about ten'; one described six window seats plus a long table of five on the other side. Nine posts call the room small, and six mention the window seats or the big window. One diner peered in hoping for more seats and found the far wall was a mirror.
- Waiting depends on the hour. Seven posts say they waited, and the times they give are 10, 15, 30, 30 and 30 minutes: one arrived at 11:30 and was fifth in line, another came at 6:30 on a weekday evening behind two groups. Three walked straight in: at 1 pm on a weekday, 4 pm on a weekend, and on a Friday evening. One took the last seat at 5:20 pm while the group behind had to wait. - Twelve posts mention the receipt-review deal: each person picks two pieces of salmon or beef nigiri or one large fried shrimp, and following the shop on Instagram gets a canned drink. Two posts also got two extra pieces for signing up to Naver notifications.
- Seven posts went with a partner or spouse, four with friends, two with family; one of the family visits brought two children and ordered beef nigiri for the one who will not eat raw fish. No post went alone, though several saw solo diners.

We do not know the floor. The registered address says basement level 1, but every address copied into the posts says ground floor (one gives unit 101). No one describes going down stairs or entering at street level, so we cannot settle it.
No one says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, not even the post that came with two children. That means unknown, not absent.
The toilet is outside the shop. Two posts say so: one says it is in the building next door, the other that it is outside but reserved for Itoi's customers. Nobody mentioned whether it is split by gender.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- All opening hours come from copied info blocks. Sixteen posts give 11:00-21:00 with last order at 20:30; two, from 5 and 7 October, give 11:00-21:30 with last order at 21:00. Two posts that walked in at 4 pm on a weekend and after 2 pm confirm there is no afternoon break.
- Prices: every October post puts the Itoi Set at 15,900 won. One post dated 1 October lists the salmon set at 16,900 and the shrimp set at 14,900, while posts from 5 October on say 17,500 and 15,900; we cannot tell whether prices went up or the earlier post was wrong. A meal is one set at 15,900 to 17,900 won, plus 3,000 won to upsize the noodles. Ten posts call it good value; one found the beef set a little pricey.
- Most posts give the phone number as 0507-1334-2009; one gives 051-808-2001. Bookings go through Naver; the one post that booked had to choose and pay for the food the day before. Walk-ins queue through CatchTable.
- Three posts look like they follow the same template: they reuse the shop's own copy about ingredients arriving daily and end with a 'recommended for' list, without saying whether they were sponsored. We counted what they ate but did not treat the daily-delivery claim as evidence, since it is the shop's own line.
