A tonkatsu specialist on Jeonpo-daero in Busan's Jeonpo-dong, the second branch of a Gwangalli original (one post says it opened in May 2026). It runs two lines, Jeju black pork and YBD (Yorkshire-Berkshire-Duroc), in loin, fillet and combo cuts, priced from 13,000 won (YBD loin) to 18,000 won (Jeju combo), with a 3,000-won meat curry on the side. Bar seats wrap around an open kitchen, and posts note many solo diners. Thirteen posts give the same phone number, 0507-1348-4991. We read 30 posts dated 18 July to 27 October 2026; three were about other restaurants and one weekly diary did not say which branch, leaving 26 visits.

What sets it apart
- Every seat is at the bar. Seventeen posts describe bar seating and none mention a table. Eighteen say the open kitchen lets you watch the katsu being fried; one saw cooks timing each batch, another saw cutlets resting after frying. Three posts call the room spacious, one calls it compact.
- Waits vary. Three posts mention queues: one waited on a weekday lunch, one queued remotely via CatchTable and then stood 20 minutes at the door (about an hour in all), one says weekends almost always have a line. Four walked straight in, three of them on weekday lunches or around 1:30 pm. Eight posts note waiting chairs inside or outside.
- Each seat has a notepad for song requests, which the staff play. Nine posts mention it; two actually requested songs, one on behalf of Chinese diners next to them.
- Fifteen posts mention coat racks by the entrance or further in, four of them also a spot for suitcases; disposable aprons are provided. Five posts note the water is barley tea.

The address says second floor, but one post explains it is at street level from the main road — the writer wandered the back lane looking for stairs. Three posts say it sits right on Jeonpo-daero and is easy to find; one says it is set slightly back from the main road.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether wheelchairs or strollers can get in — we simply don't know. One post says the second-floor address is street level from the main road; nobody mentions stairs or a lift.
Two posts say the toilet is inside the restaurant (one says at the very back), and one of them says it is separated by gender. One more calls it clean. The rest don't mention it.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The limited sang-ros cutlets go early. Nine posts found them sold out — at times given as just after 1 pm, 2 pm and 2:30 pm on weekdays, and in the evening. Those who got one queued at opening or came on a weekday lunch.
- Twenty posts list opening hours, all copied from the listing. Nineteen agree on 11:10-20:30 daily with a 15:30-17:00 break and last orders at 15:00 and 20:00; one gives 11:15 opening, one a 15:00 break. A July 2026 post listed 11:30-22:00, so the hours appear to have changed since.
- Six posts say it is easy by public transport: about three minutes' walk from Jeonpo Station exit 7, with the Jeonpo intersection bus stop in front.
- Six posts mention high chairs; one family went with a child and was given an extra bowl of rice for them.
- Seven posts went with friends, five with family (sisters, a mother, a child), two with a husband, and one alone.
- Twenty-one posts landed between 17 and 27 October 2026, many repeating the same sequence: the 'how to eat' card, the discount notice for police, soldiers and exam students, and the Naver review giveaway. Two disclose sponsorship, two say they paid themselves, twenty-two say nothing. We treat the giveaway and discount notices as the restaurant's own claims, not evidence.
