A pufferfish restaurant on the third floor of 270 Hasinjungang-ro in Saha-gu, Busan, above a ground-floor car park and the Yukgan Myeongga grill on the second floor. Of 23 visits, 22 ordered the striped-pufferfish course: milt, dressed skin, fritters, steamed fish, spicy stir-fry and clear soup, in that order. Posts from June 2026 on give 50,000 won per person; posts from March and April gave 40,000. Two posts copied the menu's single bowls of soup, from 14,000 won (silver puffer) to 28,000 won (fresh tiger puffer). We read 30 posts from November 2025 to October 2026; we set aside six about other restaurants, mostly the grill downstairs, and one written by the restaurant itself.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Nineteen posts mention private rooms. Two counted four of them, and one listed their names and sizes: rooms for 6, 8, 12 and 12 people, all named after flowers. One post noted that the rooms open into each other and could seat 20 to 30; another saw what looked like a formal family meeting in one.
- Eighteen posts called the pufferfish fritters crisp, and three of them picked up a faint curry note in the batter. Even the one post that ordered a single bowl of soup got fritters as a side dish.
- The only red-sauced dish in the course is the spicy pufferfish stir-fry. Of 14 posts that talked about heat, 11 called it spicy, usually mildly so, one said it was not spicy, and two did not settle either way. The clear soup and the steamed fish are described as mild.
- Five posts were given warm tea on sitting down, two of them rosemary tea. One post also got iced sikhye after the meal.
2 more
- Five posts mention a free yuzu highball (alcoholic or not, valued at 7,000 won) for writing a receipt review; one more mentions a coupon for following the restaurant on Naver.
- Of 13 posts that said who came along, 10 were with a parent or spouse, two with a partner and one with a friend.

Parking

Parking is the most repeated point: 20 of the 23 visits said it was easy, and the whole ground floor of the building is a car park. Three posts said it holds 30 or more cars; one, arriving at 5 p.m., found plenty of space and no attendant to deal with. One post alone described the car park as underground.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 7 (of 23 posts read) |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | 3 of 23 posts |
The restaurant is on the third floor. Three posts took the lift up, one noting it made the visit easy with parents who have bad knees.
No one said whether there is a step at the entrance or whether they came in with a wheelchair or pushchair. That is unknown, not absent. Three posts mention the lift.
Two posts copied 'restroom inside' and 'separate men's and women's restrooms' from the listing; no one described using them.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The striped-pufferfish course went up in price. Posts from March and April 2026 gave 40,000 won per person; every post from 30 June 2026 on gives 50,000. The rise seems to fall in May or June. No one recorded the other courses' prices after the change.
- Three posts say the restaurant moved here from Dadaepo, but all repeat what they were told, so we did not count it. Every post we read, from November 2025 on, is at the current address.
- The distances from Hadan Station exit 4 (700–800 m) and the nearby bus stop come from copied listings. No post arrived by subway or bus; one only said it is a bit of a walk from Hadan Station.
- No post mentions waiting for a table. A few noted it was busy, and one booked a 5 p.m. table ahead. That means no one wrote about a queue, not that there is none.
- Opening hours all come from copied listings and they disagree. Most give 11:00–22:00 on weekdays with a 15:00–16:00 break, but five posts say it opens at 10:00 on both weekend days, two say Saturdays only, and several say 11:00 every day. One November 2025 post gave a 15:00–17:00 break. One post saw a sign saying orders are taken up to five minutes before the break. Check before you go.
- More than ten posts give the phone number as 051-202-8017. The restaurant's own post asks for advance booking for the live tiger-puffer course and for groups or rooms; one visitor booked ahead.
- The same phrases — a pufferfish master of 40 years, striped puffer landed at Hadan port next door, side dishes made by a Korean-banquet cook — recur in the same order in more than ten posts. We treat them as the restaurant's own claims and did not count them. Three posts disclosed sponsorship.
