Gwangan Beach Park X Sacheol Yajang
광안비치파크X사철야장 Sacheol yajang means a 'four-season open-air drinking spot' — yajang is the Korean word for outdoor drinking tables, and the sign calls it an indoor yajang usable in any season; Gwangan Beach Park is the name of the space itself.

An indoor-and-rooftop drinking hall on the third and fourth floors of a building right on Gwangalli Beach (199 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro). The third floor has plastic tables ringed by vendor stalls selling raw fish, fried chicken, hotpot and sausages; the fourth is a rooftop of low platforms facing Gwangan Bridge. You order food from the stalls by scanning a QR code at your seat and collect it yourself when your phone pings; drinks, instant noodles and snacks come from a shop by the entrance, paid at a kiosk. Posts give 5,000 won for soju or Terra beer, 5,000 won for instant noodles, 20,000 won for a seafood platter and 23,000 won for a sake shabu hotpot. Visitors in April 2026 describe a different set-up — pay an entry fee, rent a platform, bring or order in your own food — and from late June the posts describe today's food-court system. We read 30 posts published between 27 June and 5 October 2026; 29 of them describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Everything from ordering to clearing up is self-service. Seventeen posts describe ordering from the stalls via the QR code at the table or buying drinks at the shop kiosk. When food is ready a KakaoTalk message or text arrives and you fetch it from the stall — one post stresses that staff never bring anything to the table. ID is checked at the door, you are handed a rubbish bag, and you sort your own recycling and food waste on the way out. One post found all the clearing up a chore; another resented paying separately even for water and cups of ice.
- The fourth floor is a rooftop of sitting platforms facing Gwangan Bridge, mentioned by eleven posts. But two weekday visitors found it shut — one thought the fourth floor simply doesn't open on weekdays, the other found the whole platform level closed off. One Saturday visitor sent up because the third floor was full found the roof nearly empty even during the drone show, but hot and awkward to sit on for long.
- Waiting depends on the day and hour: three posts waited, five walked straight in. Those who waited: a Saturday around 6 pm when the place filled up, a weekday visit with about a three-minute wait, and a wedding after-party that saw a queue stretching downstairs as they left. Those who didn't: a Monday at 5 pm, a Thursday night, a Friday at 10:30 pm, a late summer night with no line at all, and even a Saturday drone-show night. One post noted waiting chairs at the third-floor entrance.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

It occupies the third and fourth floors. Three posts describe going up to the third floor to get in, two of them by stairs.
No post mentions a lift or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. Some mention stairs; that doesn't mean there is no lift, only that nobody wrote about one.
One post says there are toilets on both floors; another says they are separate for men and women but didn't seem well kept. No other post mentions them.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Some posts copy directions saying it is a 10–15 minute walk from Suyeong or Geumnyeonsan station, but nobody describes actually arriving by subway or bus.
- The place in April 2026 is not the place today. Two April visitors paid an entry fee, rented a platform and brought in or ordered their own food; a third recalled having to buy drinks and fish elsewhere but wasn't sure. A sponsored post on 27 June said it used to work on a bring-your-own basis and now has food stalls, and three September posts say outside food and delivery are not allowed. One July receipt shows fish bought to go at a nearby market alongside beer and a highball bought here, without saying where the fish was eaten.
- Opening hours: ten posts from 21 August 2026 onward give 3 pm to 3 am daily, last orders at 2 am, all copied from the listing. Three posts up to 2 August give a noon opening, so the start time appears to have moved to 3 pm in August. One October post says Thursday to Sunday only, and another says noon to 4 am daily. Two posts found the fourth floor closed on a weekday.
- Opinions on price split: three posts found it expensive — one put it down to paying for the view — and two found it reasonable. Listed prices: soju or Terra 5,000 won, draft beer 5,900 won (September), instant noodles 5,000 won, chewy potato 5,900 or 6,900 won (two posts disagree), seafood platter 20,000 won, potato-pizza-chicken plate 22,000 won, sake shabu hotpot 23,000 won, raw shrimp salad for two 29,000 won. Water (900 won) and ice cups (1,000 won) cost extra. No post totals what a visit cost.
- Several posts give the phone number 0507-1360-0730. One says tables were being booked for the November Busan fireworks festival (about 500,000 won per third-floor table, up to four people); another wasn't sure seat reservations were included. Nobody says whether you can book on an ordinary day.
- Two posts from June–July 2026 disclose sponsorship, and both share the same vendor list and rooftop wording. Several undisclosed posts follow one template — listing block, vendor list, verdict — and one still ends with leftover drafting instructions suggesting a title. From these we counted only what the writer says they experienced. A claim that a celebrity had visited is hearsay and was not counted.
