Gukje Milmyeon
국제밀면 Gukje means 'international', and milmyeon is Busan's cold wheat-flour noodle — the only dish the house serves.

Gukje Milmyeon is a cold-noodle house in Geoje-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan, down a side street near Gyodae station. The menu is two dishes — milmyeon in iced broth and spicy bibim milmyeon — at 10,000 won regular and 11,000 won large, and several posts point out there are no dumplings or other sides. Hot broth arrives in a kettle as you sit down; pickled radish and cold broth are self-serve. We read 30 posts dated June 26 to October 19, 2026; 24 of them describe an actual meal there (the other six are lists, a book review and a trip plan).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Whether you wait depends on when you go. Nine posts waited and six walked straight in. The waits people timed were about 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes, and one post puts summer weekends at 15 to 30 minutes. The walk-ins came around 11 a.m., at 5:30 p.m. on a weekday, at noon on a Saturday in September, and at 1 p.m. One post walked in at 11:30 on a Sunday and saw a line forming by noon. There is no ticket system; two posts say the owner counts your party while you stand in line.
- Ten posts describe chair tables in the front hall and floor seating further in. One extended family of about fifteen took the floor area; another diner avoids it because you take your shoes off and it hurts the back. One post saw people waiting for a chair table while floor spots sat free. Three posts call the room spacious.
- Nine posts mention topping up pickled radish and cold broth at the self-serve corner; water is also self-serve. Some poured cold broth into their bibim milmyeon partway through.
- Two posts note that adults must each order a bowl and that a noodles-only portion is for children; one family ordered exactly that for their toddler.
1 more
- Five posts call the portions large, mostly about the large size, which costs only 1,000 won more. One post found the regular modest and suggested going large.

Parking
12 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Twelve posts confirm a dedicated lot, in the alley opposite or behind the shop; several mention an attendant at the entrance, and one says no parking ticket is needed. The one-hour limit and the no-stopping enforcement out front are from the shop's own signs. On size, one post calls the lot fairly large and another says it is not big, and a few note you may queue for a space at lunchtime.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

1 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 23 posts |
|---|
No post says which floor the shop is on; one only says it looks like a converted house. That is a gap in the writing, not a sign of anything.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One family went with a toddler but said nothing about a stroller.
Only one post mentions a restroom inside the shop. Separate men's and women's rooms appear only in one copied info block, which we did not count.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-16 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts split on the bibim's heat: two found it spicy, three did not. Four posts say the seasoning is not salty.
- One post describes arriving and leaving by subway from Gyodae station with a suitcase. The '200–300 m from exit 5' figure appears in many posts but as copied listing info, not as a walk someone described.
- Sixteen posts list opening hours, all copied from listings: 10:00–20:00 with last order at 19:30, and several add that May to August runs to 21:00. But a June post still says 20:00, and one post splits the seasons differently (November–March vs April–September). Two say no regular closing day. Check the summer hours before relying on a late visit.
- Every post from June to October 2026 gives 10,000 won regular and 11,000 won large. Extra noodles are 4,000 won in four posts and 2,000 won in one; extra toppings are 3,000 won. The 9,000 won figure comes from a tourism-portal listing quoted by someone who had not been. One post calls the price steep, and another was surprised milmyeon now costs 10,000 won.
- Only two posts speak to service and they disagree: one found staff friendly at a busy hour, while a seven-year regular calls them consistently rude. A third left mid-meal because of a server's strong perfume.
- Many posts give the same phone number, 0507-1466-5507. Reservations via Naver appear only in one copied info block; no one wrote that they booked ahead.
