DOSYM

도심 Dosim Dosim is the everyday Korean word for 'city centre' — two posts point out the irony, since the shop sits in a residential alley of Gamcheon-dong, far from downtown Busan.

Compiled from 25 blog posts read in fullSources →

Dosim (signed DOSYM) is a handmade-burger shop on the ground floor of a red-brick house in an alley off Gamcheon-ro 67beon-gil, Saha-gu, Busan. You order at the counter, they cook it then and bring it to your table, and cutlery and sauces are at a self-serve bar. Through summer 2026 a burger ran from 8,500 won (grilled onion) to 15,000 won (deep cheese jalapeño); from August the shrimp burger went up to 13,000 won. Adding fries and a drink costs 4,000 won. We read 30 posts from March 2025 to October 2026; 27 describe actually eating there, one was an office delivery order, and two turned out to be about other places.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Patties go on the grill only once you order — three posts saw cooking start at the till. Reported waits for food were 10–15 minutes, about 10, and about 15.
  2. Seating comes in several sizes: fifteen posts describe where they sat, mentioning solo seats facing the wall or at a bar, and tables for two, four and six. A March 2025 post noted a solo spot that hadn't been there on an earlier visit.
  3. Seven posts mention high chairs, six of them from the March 2026 batch written to the same template. None says they brought a child.
  4. Twelve posts call the patty juicy — eight from the March 2026 batch, four from outside it. Three said there was no gamey smell. The Hanwoo 1+ beef claim is the shop's own and we did not count it.

Posts saying you can park11 of 25 posts

You don't park at the door — you use the Samsung private lot nearby. Eleven posts parked there and had their ticket stamped at the till for an hour free; the conditions (dine-in, 14,000 won or more, not for takeaway) come from copied info blocks. One post called the area very hard to park in.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 25 posts read)

Nobody wrote about steps at the door or wheelchair or stroller access — that means we don't know, not that there are none. One post says it's on the ground floor of a house.

No post says whether the toilet is inside or whether it's split by gender; one only says it was clean.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 26 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Posts split three to three on size. The three calling it roomy are all from the March 2026 template batch; the three saying it isn't large date from June to September. No post mentions any renovation.
  • Prices rose in summer 2026: posts up to July give 12,000 won for the shrimp burger and 10,500 for bulgogi, posts from August give 13,000 and 11,500. Whether that's expensive is split — one post found it pricey for what it was, one left it open, three called it good value (one of them a sponsored visit).
  • No post reports queuing. Two walked straight in, two guessed there might be a wait at lunchtime peak, and two noted a waiting bench or a spot for takeaway customers. We don't know how long the wait gets at busy times.
  • Posts split one to one on public transport: one found it awkward with few buses, while a sponsored post by a local said a single bus runs from Gamcheon Culture Village or Songdo Beach. Nobody described a subway route.
  • Fourteen posts give 11:00–21:00 with Tuesdays off, almost all copied from info blocks. One says Saturdays off, a July 2026 post lists a 16:00–17:00 break, and a March post says Sundays close at 16:00 — yet one post ate there around 4:30 pm on Sunday, 6 September 2026, so we can't confirm the break or the Sunday hours.
  • Many posts copy the same phone number, 0507-1411-5488. Reservations appear only in copied info blocks; nobody wrote about actually booking by phone.
  • Eleven posts from 14–25 March 2026 share one template — the same 'groups, work dinners, family, solo' line, the Gamcheon/Songdo date-course phrasing, and the six cheeses listed in the same order. Only one disclosed it was a sponsored review. We ignored the template phrases and counted only what each writer ate and saw.
