Syabeuyaki Busanyeok-jeom

샤브야키 부산역점 Shabuyaki joins shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, two Japanese hot-pot styles (a sukiyaki broth is one of the choices here); Busanyeok-jeom means the Busan Station branch.

Compiled from 13 blog posts read in fullSources →

A shabu-shabu and conveyor-belt sushi buffet on the first floor of Hyeopseong Marina G7, Block A, linked to Busan Station by the second-floor pedestrian deck. You pick two broths for the pot at your table, take sushi off a belt running past, and fetch vegetables, meat, hot dishes and desserts from the self-service bar. Per person it is 24,900 won for weekday lunch, 29,900 won for weekday dinner and 32,900 won on weekends and holidays. We read 30 posts dated 23 July to 23 October 2026; 14 describe an actual visit, 14 only introduce the place (mostly write-ups after a 22 October MBC broadcast), and 2 were about other businesses. One post says it opened on 23 July, and no post in those three months reports a change in prices or hours.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Eight of the 14 visit posts mention waiting. Those that give a time say 10 minutes at a weekday lunch, 40 minutes after arriving around 11:30 on a weekend, and 60 minutes on a Friday evening; one found six parties already queued before opening. Most registered on CatchTable first, and the Friday-evening visitor wrote that the waitlist had closed by the time they got in. Two who arrived at the 11:00 opening or at 11:10 on a weekday did not wait. Three posts passed the time in the Bukduchilseong library next door.
  2. Nine visit posts call the room spacious; two mention generous gaps between tables, and one describes four-to-six-seat tables plus room-style seating and a bar counter for solo diners. The '175 pyeong' and '130 m belt' figures are the restaurant's own promotional lines, repeated across posts, and we do not rely on them.
  3. Four visit posts say draft beer is unlimited; a weekday-dinner visitor added that only the draft beer is free and soju costs extra. According to the menu descriptions, draft beer is not part of the weekday lunch rate.
  4. Five visit posts found it good value for the price; one said it was a bit pricey for lunch yet still looked like good value. No post simply called it expensive.

Posts saying you can park3 of 13 posts

Three visit posts parked in the building's basement garage and got two hours validated. The 'first two hours free, then 500 won per 10 minutes' figure is copied from the restaurant's listing. One post suggests parking only once your CatchTable turn is near.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 13 posts read)
Lift to the floor1 of 13 posts

One post describes the walk from Busan Station first-hand: cross the bridge toward the waterfront park, turn into the Hyeopseong Marina side to reach Block A's third floor, then take the lift down to the first floor. The writer admits getting a little lost.

No post describes the entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; 'wheelchair accessible' appears only in copied listing data. That means nobody wrote about it, not that it is a problem.

No visit post says where the toilets are or whether they are separated by sex; that detail appears only in one post copying the listing.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 14 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-10-233 posts in one day
2026-10-227 posts in one day
2026-09-242 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • The two posts that walked from Busan Station disagree: one found it about ten minutes along the sky road even with a suitcase, the other, arriving by bus, said it is a longer walk than it looks.
  • Eighteen posts give nearly the same hours: 11:00 to 21:30, last order 20:00, a 15:00 to 17:00 break on weekdays and none on weekends. One gives the break as 13:00 to 15:00 and another applies it Monday to Saturday. Posts also mention an 80-minute limit at weekday lunch and 100 minutes at dinner and weekends.
  • Many posts list the phone number as 0507-1323-2112. One visitor booked ahead through CatchTable; the rest used its remote waitlist.
  • Of the 14 visit posts, three say they paid themselves, one says it was invited and ten say nothing. Six repeat the same promotional lines (the 130 m belt, 175 pyeong, 'richer spread and fairer price than other shabu brands'), and one still contains a template instruction to insert the phone number. Two posts built from one template were not counted as visits.
