Ijaemo Pijja Busanyeok-jeom

이재모피자 부산역점 Ijaemo is the name of the Busan pizza house (the posts give no meaning for it); 'Busan-yeok-jeom' means the Busan Station branch, which sits across from the KTX station.

Compiled from 22 blog posts read in fullSources →

Ijaemo Pizza's Busan Station branch is on the second floor of the Olive Young building directly across from exit 5 of Busan Station. The usual order is the house Ijaemo crust pizza (S 25,000 won) with the kimchi fried rice (11,000 won); you order on a tablet at the table and a serving robot brings the pizza. Drinks and pickles are self-serve, and there are no drink refills. A separate takeout-and-delivery counter sits in the alley next door, and many posts describe grabbing a pizza there before a KTX train. We read 30 posts dated 11 September to 24 October 2026; 23 record eating in or taking out. We set aside 2 that were about other places and did not count 5 that were list-style roundups.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Waiting dominates the posts. Fifteen describe queuing: 20 minutes on a weekday evening, 40 minutes on a Friday evening, 1 hour 30 minutes on a Saturday morning (82 parties ahead at 10:13), 1 hour 30 minutes on a holiday-weekend afternoon (number 130), one to two hours on a public holiday, two hours on Chuseok day, and 'a little over two hours'. Three walked straight in; the two that gave times went at 10:15 and just after 2 pm on weekdays. One couple found no line at 11:30 on a weekday but 25 parties waiting when they left at 12:30. You register at a kiosk outside the takeout counter next door and go up to the second floor when a KakaoTalk message calls you.
  2. Four posts mention a separate waiting room on the second floor; one notes that a TV there shows the queue and that eating in the room is not allowed. Another describes sitting on the steps beside the building while waiting.
  3. Takeout is common: 14 posts describe takeout or boxing leftovers themselves. Order at the kiosk in the takeout counter and a KakaoTalk message tells you when it is ready. Actual times reported: 12 minutes on a weekday, 18 minutes on a Saturday evening (ordered 7:38, ready 7:56), 20 minutes in two posts, 25 minutes for a Saturday-afternoon Baemin pickup, and 30 minutes on a weekday evening. One was told 40 minutes and got it in 20. Leftovers can be boxed at a self-service packing station.
  4. Two posts say an L pizza bought as takeout in person is 10% off; one adds that the discount does not apply to Baemin orders. One receipt shows a takeout L house pizza at 26,100 won.

  1. No post calls it expensive, and five say the price is fair — 'for 25,000 won, pizza of this quality is good value'. Prices given: house crust pizza S 25,000 won, kimchi fried rice 11,000 won, oven cheese spaghetti 9,000 won, soda 2,000 won, and the new Busan Bada seafood pizza at S 31,000 / L 35,000 won. Two people sharing an S pizza, the fried rice and a drink spend around 40,000 won.
  2. Opinions split on the kimchi fried rice's heat: four posts found it spicy (one family's children found it a bit hot) and two did not, one wishing for more kimchi and more heat. Several compare its dry, separate grains to a kimchi pilaf, and several say it was less special than its reputation.
  3. Seven posts describe the walk from Busan Station: right by exit 5, across the crosswalk from the station plaza, under a large red sign. Many fit it around a train, eating in or carrying a box onto the KTX.
  4. Four posts call the room large; one says it is 'not that big' for the number of people waiting. One notes the room is split into sections A and B and was full by about 10:30 on a weekday morning.
  5. Three posts mention window seats looking straight across at Busan Station.
  6. Family outings are the most common (7 posts), followed by friends (2) and couples (2). Five posts involve children, and two note that high chairs are available.

Parking

Posts saying you cannot2 of 22 posts

There is no dedicated parking. Both posts from people who drove used nearby pay lots; one paid 5,000 won for 1 hour 20 minutes at the Sindongyang lot opposite and notes a 1,000-won discount for an hour or more on showing the Ijaemo payment text.

Getting inside

Second floor4 of 22 posts
In a basementyes 0 · no 4 (of 22 posts read)
Toilet inside2 of 22 posts

The dining room is upstairs: four posts place it on the second floor, one says you walk up through a side door of the Olive Young building, and another mentions a sign on the stairs asking guests to come up only once called.

Nobody wrote about wheelchair or stroller access, an entrance step, or an elevator. Posts only mention walking up stairs to the second floor — that does not mean there is no elevator, only that no one said.

Two posts place a toilet indoors: one on the way to the tables, next to a large hand-washing sink, and one inside the second-floor waiting room. Nobody said whether toilets are separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Five posts give the same phone number, 051-466-1478. None mentions reservations, only the waiting list. Whether you can join the queue remotely through the CatchTable app is disputed: two posts say only the on-site kiosk works, one says the app works but was already closed for the day.
  • Ten posts list opening hours; nine agree on 10 am to 9 pm, last order 8:20 pm, closed Sundays, and one gives closing as 9:10 pm. Most of this is copied into post headers, and one copies a notice that the kitchen may close early when the queue is long.
  • Four posts repeat a rumour that the cheese was changed (one dates it to April 2026). One taster found the cheese a little like cheap imitation cheese and another found it fine either way, but every post we read comes after the change, so we cannot compare before and after.
  • One post, from 3 October, says takeout was ordered on the second floor; the others describe the kiosk at the ground-floor takeout counter next door. We counted takeout-counter posts as this restaurant's, but did not use them for anything about the dining room.
  • The new Busan Bada seafood pizza appears in posts from late September 2026 onward and not before.
