초량밀면 Choryang is the neighbourhood across from Busan Station, and milmyeon is Busan's cold wheat-flour noodle.

Compiled from 19 blog posts read in fullSources →

A milmyeon house at 225 Jungang-daero, across the road from Busan Station. Cold or spicy wheat noodles cost 7,000 won small and 8,000 won large, and six big steamed dumplings are 7,000 won. A kettle of warm broth arrives as you sit down. Many writers stopped in just before or after a train. We read 30 posts from 10 June to 19 October 2026, and 20 of them describe actually eating here.

Rows without a count: 5 of 10 posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Whether you wait depends on when you go: six posts queued and six walked straight in. One writer queued about 10 minutes at noon; another found 8 to 10 groups ahead on a Sunday at 4:30 pm and waited 10 to 15 minutes. The no-wait visits were Friday at 11 am, right at opening, 2 pm on a weekend, a weekday, just before dinner, and 8:30 pm. Several said the line moves fast because people eat noodles quickly.
  2. This is a walk-from-the-train place: twelve posts walked over from Busan or Choryang station. One gives exit 7 of Busan Station, another five minutes via the underpass, and one writer finished eating 15 minutes before a KTX departure without rushing.
  3. Seven posts called it cheap. Every post from June to October 2026 gives the same 7,000/8,000 won prices, and one couple paid 14,000 won for two small bowls. Nobody called it expensive.
  4. Five posts found the portions large; one was full on a small bowl, and a group of three couldn't finish.

  1. Seven posts describe a large room with rows of wooden tables, two- and four-seaters. Seven called it clean; one disagreed, having wiped chili flakes and rag streaks off a table at a busy hour.

Parking

Where it is

Map showing where Choryang Milmyeon is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

From the station

This is a walk-from-the-train place: twelve posts walked over from Busan or Choryang station. One gives exit 7 of Busan Station, another five minutes via the underpass, and one writer finished eating 15 minutes before a KTX departure without rushing.

Getting inside

No one described which floor it is on; the '1st floor' in the address is copied listing data.

Nobody mentioned a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One family brought a three-year-old and another saw high chairs, but neither described the entrance. We don't know.

No one wrote about the toilet — where it is or whether it's separated by gender.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 25 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-10-172 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Ordering seems to have changed in autumn 2026. A June post and an early-October post describe marking a paper order slip; posts from 16 and 18 October describe a tablet on every table. Tablets are likely the current system, but only two posts say so.
  • Eight posts give the same phone number, 051-462-1575, but no one said whether reservations are taken. One post notes a spot by the entrance to leave suitcases.
  • Ten posts give the same hours — daily 10:00 to 21:30, last order 21:00, no afternoon break — but mostly copied from listings; no one wrote about arriving near closing.
  • Two 'best five near Busan Station' roundups list the same five places in the same order with the same wording; we did not count them as visits.
