La Seine is the buffet restaurant on the fifth floor of Lotte Hotel Busan in Seomyeon. It lays out lamb chops, lobster, snow crab, sushi and buddha-jumps-over-the-wall soup and charges by sitting: posts from September–October 2026 give 143,000 won for weekday lunch, 187,000 for weekday dinner and weekend or holiday lunch and dinner, and 69,000 for breakfast. Most of the 20 visits we read were for occasions — birthdays, pregnancies, a first birthday, a 60th — and 13 of them mention a discount. We read 30 posts from December 2025 to October 2026; five were about the hotel's pool, rooms or lounge and were set aside, and five were promotional or affiliate posts by people who had not eaten there.

What sets it apart
- Few people paid full price: 13 of the 20 visits mention a discount. Seven used the 50% pregnancy discount (weekday lunch and dinner only, booked through Naver), four used Naver's 10–15% booking discount, and two used the hotel's Trevi Club membership. With the pregnancy discount, one couple paid 200,200 won for lunch and another about 260,000 for dinner. Posts disagree on the companion: one thought they paid full price, another says companions get 10% off.
- This is a book-ahead place: 13 posts say they reserved, almost all through Naver, one by phone for five people. Staff check the booking name at the door.
- Six posts say they were seated by the window. Five show that for birthdays or pregnancies the staff write a message or draw a baby on the window glass. The view is of the city — one post jokes it looks onto plastic-surgery clinics and hospitals.
- There are private rooms for gatherings; four posts mention them — one booked a room for a first birthday, one for a 60th and found it a long walk from the food, one saw a 70th-birthday party in a room, and one was seated in the inner section by the rooms.

It shares the underground car park with the Lotte Department Store. Four posts drove; two say staff register your car during the meal or at payment. One found the lot packed on a public holiday, and another got a message the day before a long weekend asking guests to come by public transport. The four free hours and 30,000-won valet appear only in copied information blocks.

It is on the hotel's fifth floor and reached by lift; three posts describe taking it. Two say that coming from the underground car park or the department store you change to the hotel lifts at the ground-floor lobby, and one advises skipping the escalators.
We don't know about wheelchair or stroller access or steps at the entrance; nobody wrote about it. That is an absence of reports, not a report of a problem. Stroller parking appears only in a copied information block.
We don't know whether the toilets are inside the restaurant or separated by gender. The one post that mentions them says they were tidy, smelled a little like a subway restroom, and had hand lotion.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices have gone up. A December 2025 post listed weekday lunch at 135,000 won and weekday dinner at 175,000; posts from September–October 2026 give 143,000 for weekday lunch and 187,000 for every dinner. The December post also listed a hotel-guest discount (15% weekdays, 10% weekends), but one guest who phoned in September 2026 was told there was none — only Naver's 10%. Six posts call it expensive; one felt it wasn't worth it even at 10% off.
- We know the hours only from copied tables in five posts. Two give the same schedule: weekdays from 7 a.m. breakfast to 9 p.m. (lunch noon–3, dinner 6–9); weekends and holidays 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. with lunch and dinner split into two sittings. The second weekend lunch sitting started at 1:30 in a December 2025 post and 1:40 in August 2026 posts. Nobody mentioned closing days.
- Time limits vary by sitting. One post says weekday dinner had none; another ate weekday lunch from noon to 2; weekends are split into two sittings, but nobody described from experience how long a weekend sitting lasts.
- Entry queues barely come up. Only one post mentions a short wait — for breakfast around 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Lunch and dinner guests came at their booked time, some waiting in the lobby or at the door until opening. One post describes a long line at the food stations when a holiday dinner opened at 6, which is a different thing from waiting to get in.
- Only two posts cover public transport: one went by subway, and another notes the hotel connects to Seomyeon station. Nobody described the exit or the walk from the station.
- Accounts of the staff differ: two found them kind (one says they warmed baby food in the microwave), while one post describes a seating mix-up nobody addressed and another says empty trays weren't refilled quickly.
- Six posts give the restaurant's number, 051-810-6390. Most people booked through Naver; one booked by phone. One post lists the hotel's main line (051-810-1000) instead.
- Five posts were hotel guides carrying Yeogi-eottae, MyRealTrip or Coupang affiliate links, two of them following the same template word for word. We did not treat the breakfast prices and hours they list as evidence.
