A soft tofu stew shop on Seomyeon-ro 35 in Busan, on the street beside KT&G Sangsangmadang. Nine kinds of sundubu run 12,000–13,000 won on the September 2026 menu, each with rice cooked in its own stone pot. Ordering one main per person unlocks a self-serve bar of japchae, tteokbokki, fried snacks, seaweed and kimchi; you order and pay first on a tablet at the table. Pairs mostly went for the two-person set (29,900–30,900 won): two stews plus spicy pork, mackerel or bossam. We read 28 posts dated 1 September to 22 October 2026; 27 describe actually eating there, all within the shop's first weeks.

What sets it apart
- Thirteen posts said the self-serve bar gets refilled. One saw posted refill times of 11:00, 12:30, 18:00 and 19:30, and another said staff topped it up outside those times too. Late hours are different: a writer who came around 10 pm on a Tuesday found the bar picked over, refilled only on request, with kimchi past its best, and a dawn visitor found the japchae soggy.

What we do not know
- Heat is split three to one. One writer found even the mild version hot, another called the spicy one sneakily very hot, while a third found medium comfortably moderate. Posts note you can choose spicy or mild.
- Rice portions split two to one: two writers found the pot rice a bit small, while a third thought so at first but found it a full bowl once scooped out.
- All opening hours here are copied from listings or signage. Everyone says 24 hours, but nine posts say Sunday closes at 21:00 and nine say Monday opens at 11:00; one says Monday 10:00 and one lists Sunday as 24 hours. Check before going on a Sunday night or Monday morning. One writer saw half the hall being closed off around 10:30 pm on a Tuesday.
- The line '400 m from Seomyeon Station exit 7 toward Sangsangmadang' is copied from the shop's listing, so we did not count it. Only one post gives its own figure: an 8-minute walk from exit 7.
