Anmin Busan is a charcoal pork grill on Dongcheon-ro 109, near Seomyeon Station, across from the old NC Department Store. Staff grill everything at your table and then move the cooked meat onto a small brazier so it stays warm. The half-pig set for two (450 g of belly, neck and skin) is 41,000 won, the whole-pig set (700 g) 64,000 won, and stews and ramen are 6,000 won each; one couple paid about 50,000 won with stew and rice. Nearly every post mentions the spread of around seven dipping sauces and the card at each table explaining how to eat them. We read 30 posts dated 6 September to 20 October 2026; 29 describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- You never touch the tongs: 28 of the 29 visit posts say staff grilled from start to finish. The cooked meat goes onto a mini brazier or a plate kept warm with a candle or fuel cell, which posts repeatedly say kept it hot to the last piece. One bar-seat diner noted the raised grill kept fat from spattering; another got splashed while the skin was grilling and was brought an ice pack. One party of ten at the group table said the warming flame was lit once and nobody checked it again.
- Expect to wait in the evening: 9 posts waited or saw a queue. One arrived around 8 pm on a weekday, got number 7, and waited about an hour; a party of six waited roughly an hour and a half. Another got in at 5 pm and found six groups waiting on the way out, and a Sunday 6 pm visitor saw two groups in the waiting area. You join the line on the CatchTable kiosk at the door.

No one wrote which floor it is on or whether there are steps; only the address says ground floor, which is not something anyone reported first-hand.
No one said whether there is a step at the door or came in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post copied an amenity list saying the entrance is wheelchair-accessible, but that is the shop's own listing, so we did not count it. This means nobody reported it, not that access is lacking.
The restroom is outside the restaurant: all 3 posts that say where it is describe the building's shared restroom. Several mention mouthwash, floss, hair ties and fabric spray laid out on the way. Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in copied amenity lists, which we did not count.

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- 11 posts booked ahead, through Naver or by phone. Many list the number 0507-1321-2896, but one writer said the line was so hard to get through they wondered if the place was open. One group booked and still found every private room taken.
- Prices went up. The special-cuts platter was 39,000 won in two September 2026 posts and 41,000 won in four posts from 4 October; the beef tartare went from 17,000 won (two September posts) to 19,000 won (two October posts). One 19 October post still listed the platter at 39,000. The half and whole sets stayed at 41,000 and 64,000 won throughout. One post called it pricey; 3 said it was easier on the wallet than expected.
- Opening hours appear in 22 posts; 17 agree on 4 pm to midnight Monday to Thursday and noon to midnight Friday to Sunday. Two say noon every day, one has Friday starting at 4 pm, and two give only 4 pm to midnight. All of these are copied info lines, not hours anyone checked. Seven say it never closes.
- Of the 30 posts, 1 discloses sponsorship, 5 say they paid their own way, and 24 say nothing. The same search-phrase cluster ('Seomyeon grill-for-you barbecue', 'Seomyeon barbecue hot spot', 'Seomyeon Station restaurant-bar') and the same stock lines ('272 m from exit 12', 'pork sourced fresh daily') recur across many posts, so commissioned copy is likely in the mix. Shop claims such as domestic pork or a 2 kg daily limit are repeated, not observed, and we did not rely on them.
