A bar and grill on the 27th and top floor of the Wyndham Grand Busan by Songdo beach. By day it serves a 65,000-won afternoon tea for two in 2 pm and 4 pm seatings; in the evening, pasta, risotto and pizza à la carte, a five-course dinner and cocktails. We read 30 posts from December 2025 to October 2026. It's on the hotel's 27th floor; two posts said you take the elevator up and it's right there when the doors open.
We don't know about steps at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access — beyond taking the elevator up, nobody wrote about it. That means no one mentioned it, not that there's a problem.
We don't know whether the restroom is inside the venue or split by gender; one post only said the restroom was good.

What we do not know
- Service splits three to one. Three posts called it attentive; one October 2026 afternoon-tea visitor said the tray was set down without any explanation of what was on it.
- None of the posts about this venue said how to get there by subway or bus.
- No one reported waiting. The only post to mention it walked straight in on a June 2026 evening, and everyone else had booked.
- One post mentioned live jazz on Saturdays, but only as something they'd heard, so we didn't count it.
- We don't know the opening hours — no post gave them. Three posts listed the 2 pm and 4 pm afternoon-tea seatings, and one gave the hotel-package brunch window, 11:30 am to a 2 pm last order. The 6:30 am–9 pm hours in one post belong to the fourth-floor buffet.
- We don't have à la carte prices; no post listed them dish by dish, and one only said most dishes run from about 20,000 to the low 40,000s. For the five-course dinner, a voucher guest looked up roughly 100,000 won per person, plus 15,000 won to upgrade to Hanwoo.
